These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in a quad bike tour with QuadSaranda (“we,” “us,” “our”) in Sarandë, Albania. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

• All tours are booked and paid for online through our website, in Euros (EUR).
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• Prices differ depending on whether a quad is ridden solo (1 rider) or shared (2 riders) — the correct price for your selection is shown before checkout.

2. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your tour time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, unsafe trail conditions, or circumstances beyond our control — in which case you’ll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Age & License Requirements

• Riders operating a quad must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license.
• Passengers may ride as a second rider on a shared quad; a minimum age may apply for passengers for safety reasons — please ask us in advance if traveling with children.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements, without refund, if not disclosed at time of booking.

4. Safety

• All participants must attend the safety briefing before departure and wear all provided safety equipment (helmet, etc.) for the full duration of the tour.
• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times, including speed limits and designated routes.
• Riding while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the tour without refund.
• Quad biking is a physical off-road activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and rough terrain conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Liability

• Participation in the tour is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, QuadSaranda is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• Participants are responsible for any damage to the quad caused by reckless or negligent use during the tour.
• We recommend participants have their own travel/health insurance.

6. Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos during tours for use in our marketing (website, social media). Let your guide know before the tour if you’d prefer not to be included.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to end a tour early, without refund, for any participant who behaves in a way that endangers themselves, other participants, or our guides/equipment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.
